Repeal And Saving
(1) The following Acts are hereby repealed:
(a) The Motor Vehicles Act, 1963.
(b) The National Transport Management Act, 1969.
(2) All acts or actions done or taken pursuant to the Acts referred to in
Sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
